I stayed for two nights with my family, and we felt very comfortable during our stay.The room was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. Its is fair property, not that great not that bad too.. the pakistani named Zain was helpful the hotel is very close to the market location that is why it cannot be down rated… though the rooms were small and the floor was sticky.. it good value for the money..

Hot water Geyser is not that great and they need to change it in all their rooms

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind and welcoming, especially the Pakistani receptionist named Zayn, he was extremely helpful and professional. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location is excellent. And its very close to Pratunam Market and convenient for getting to the airport.The only small thing WiFi wasn't working well. After complaining the WiFi was fixed later. Other than that, everything was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family and would love to stay here again

Stay on floor 8 no have lift and AC not working and hot

They clean the room everyday, and give amenities & water. There is a water heater (in toilet), water heater (for tea and coffee), and fridge. Good location in Pratunam

The floor feels oily, and need to be renovated. The AC not really cold. Please give shampoo and tooth paste

The Family Room is quite spacious and comfortable enough for 4 pax. Kettle, hair dryer and coffee cups are provided.

Bath Room amenities need to be better and no inroom telephone to connect to Reception for any request.

dilapilated. everything seems to be old and worn out. The shampoo dispenser has rusts. TV did not work the whole time. Walls need repainting. Wall trimmings and lighting fixture looks very old and unmaintained.

Our room was a family for 4 pax. My bed was not good. But overall, it's ok.

The best things is location . Just location so I booked for my brother couple also after us.

The staff pakistani guy in reception, first of all my mom, my dad ,my daughter and I went to reception and he thought my father is the one my husband, that much nonsense guy , but I was giving good review for him the last time when we stayed there in cozi inn hotelhotel even that time he once scolded at me and arguing with me but he was carrying our luggages and helped us when we leave hotel (anyway thats his job)so i ignored what he rude to me and i gave him good review, but this time I booked for my brother couple just bcoz of good location he had issues with my brother also . he said he is the manager but actually not , somehow he is arrogant, I don't know for what , the last time he was telling me also unnecessarily he has business and he doesn't care money and all , he should respect the guest he should know his place he is a staff not the boss of the guests . If he doesn't care money tell him to resign. Too much show off , I gave this review but I will go there again just bcoz of good location and he is not the owner , who is he after all ,

Location is just inside the market only . In market road . Food and night market everything is just 10steps away . Very nice location very good staffs , special thanks to Mr Zain pakistani staff and the receptionist girl from Myanmar , very sweet and helpful staffs . AC ok . Lift available. Good location.

You can't complain it's reasonable price so do not expect like 5*hotel . It's inside the market road so taxi cannot go till in front of hotel ..if u have just few bags is ok to manage but we had huge and many bags so taxi just left us before arriving to hotel . the staff can help u with trolleys we didn't know that so we got very hard time . Anyway when we check out that time the staff pakistani guy Mr Zain help us . Everything was OK.
